Planting oak alley in Tsarskoye Selo
This campaign is held in conjunction with the Lifeline Foundation. Planted trees mark the saved lives of children.
The Council supported the initiative of The Lifeline Foundation. A plaque was attached to each tree with the name of the child who, thanks to the efforts of the Foundation, was funded and successfully performed heart surgery.
