Galina Fomina: "The Coordination Council builds its work within the framework of national projects"
On the eve of the socio-economic forum "Support for the National Programs of the President of the Russian Federation", which will be held on November 5, the President of the Coordination Council "Ethical Entrepreneurship" Galina Fomina spoke about the key areas of the Council's activities. These areas coincide with national projects: health care, education, culture, science and ecology.
Health care
Key objectives of the national project:
Decrease in infant mortality, mortality of the working-age population, mortality of the population from cardiovascular and oncological diseases, hospital mortality from heart attack and stroke;
An increase in the number of endovascular surgeries;
Achievement of almost complete staffing of departments providing outpatient care with doctors and nurses;
Implementation of "lean technologies" in medical organizations;
Ensuring coverage of citizens with preventive medical examinations at least once a year;
Growth in the export of medical services.
Education
The Education National Project is an initiative aimed at achieving two key objectives.
The first is to ensure the global competitiveness of Russian education and the entry of the Russian Federation into the top 10 countries in the world in terms of the quality of general education.
The second is the upbringing of a harmoniously developed and socially responsible personality on the basis of the spiritual and moral values of the peoples of the Russian Federation, historical and national-cultural traditions.
The national project involves the implementation of 4 main directions of development of the education system:
Updating its content;
Creation of the necessary modern infrastructure;
Training of relevant professional personnel, their retraining and advanced training; creation of the most effective mechanisms for managing this area.
Culture
Project goals:
Make culture accessible not only in large cities, but also in remote settlements throughout the country;
To increase the attendance of cultural institutions by 15%, and the number of visits to cultural digital resources - five times;
Support creative initiatives in the regions and create a promising talent pool;
To fill rural cultural institutions, cultural and leisure establishments, libraries with new semantic content.
The science
Project goals:
Ensuring the presence of the Russian Federation among the five leading countries of the world carrying out research and development in the areas determined by the priorities of scientific and technological development;
Ensuring the attractiveness of work in the Russian Federation for leading Russian and foreign scientists and young promising researchers;
Increased domestic spending on research and development.
Ecology
Project goals:
Five new national parks with an area of 3 million hectares will be created. More than 4.3 million people will visit specially protected natural areas;
It is planned to eliminate 16 illegal dumpsites within the city boundaries, 1 7 of the most dangerous objects of accumulated environmental damage, such as abandoned enterprises, places of accumulation of industrial waste, and so on;
Will take the first steps in the reform of waste management. The share of Russians provided with high-quality drinking water will reach 87.5%, and 32 square meters will be restored on the Lower Volga. km of rivers, lakes, streams. Damage from forest fires will decrease by almost 12 billion rubles. compared to 2018;
Work on the implementation of the national project is carried out in five areas: waste, water, air, nature and animals, and the best production technologies. Water and air will become cleaner in the country, forests and rare animals will be preserved, factories will switch to the safest technologies.
