Sessions of the sections "Industry and construction materials", "Pharmaceuticals and medical equipment", "mechanical engineering", "Agricultural and industrial complex", "Energy strategy of the EEU countries and partner States"were held in the format of round tables. Andrey Volkov was the key speaker of the section "Agricultural and industrial complex".
The Eurasian industrial Congress "Integration" is a new international discussion platform for discussing current problems and prospects of industrial cooperation in the EEU and the movement of industrial goods on the common market of the EEU and on the markets of third countries, as well as developing effective tools for effective integration and development of interaction between entrepreneurs in the EEU and friendly countries.
The key task of the Congress is to develop business relations between enterprises of the member States of the Eurasian economic Union (EEU), as well as with partners from friendly countries, which will allow us to jointly develop effective mechanisms for effective integration and make an industrial leap.
The Ministers of the Eurasian economic Commission addressed the Central plenary session of the Great Eurasian partnership: integration and macroeconomic policy Sergei Glazyev, on industry and agriculture — A. Subbotin, internal market, information and ICT KAN — K. Minasyan, Chairman of the Board of the Eurasian development Bank Andrei Belyaninov, Vice-President of RAS Yu.Balega and others.
Plenary session was opened by the Minister for integration and macroeconomics of the Eurasian economic Commission, Chairman of the RAS scientific Council on complex problems of Eurasian economic integration, modernization, competitiveness and sustainable development, academician of RAS Sergei Glazyev. "Ten years ago, Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan created a Customs Union, having decided to dismantle customs borders in order to restore the common economic space between our States," he recalled. — It has been functioning within the EEU for five years. Over these years, we have accumulated a lot of practical experience in the functioning of our common market, and the Eurasian integration has received an extensive modern legal framework, " Sergey Glazyev said in his address.
Concluding his speech, the Minister stated that the formation and implementation of a strategy for long — term industrial development based on the rapid growth of a new technological order is a common task of the business and scientific communities, development institutions and governments of our States.
