Every year on the second Thursday of November, World Quality Day is celebrated, established in 1989 at the initiative of the European Organization for Quality with the support of the United Nations.
Traditionally, as part of the celebration of World Quality Day, business events are held that emphasize the importance of continuous improvement of the quality of products and services for the sustainable development of society and the state.
The event was attended by over 3000 specialists and heads of organizations, representatives of government authorities, public and business associations. The business program of the Forum was devoted to the discussion and popularization of the best practices for improving the quality and efficiency of business processes in various industries.
